Minimum qualifications/competencies/personal attributes:-
• Mean grade B+ or equivalent
• B+ mean grade in Maths, English, Physics
• Must be Kenyan citizens aged 18 and above but not beyond 24 years
• Minimum height of 5’4” and a maximum of 6’2”
• Must be a good team player of high integrity
• Must possess strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Must be medically fit with good eyesight
• Keen to learn under a very demanding environment.

Please note that we will NOT PROGRESS with applicants who do not meet the minimum requirements or do not provide all the information required as per the advertisement e.g. mean grade, grades in Maths, English and Physics, age, ID number, etc.

These are the requirements required by Kenya Airways (KQ) according to previous advertisements.

The KQ cadet programme also known as the ab initio programme is a programme designed to take applicants with no/ minimal flying experience and train them according to airline standards.

Cadets are trained, given allowances and assured a Job placement in the airline on successful completion.

This an opportunity of a life time for a Kenyan citizen.
